Gamelearn exceeds expectations with its participation in the ATD 2015

Gamelearn exceeds expectations in the ATD 2015. More and more people are getting interested in game-based learning, which is no longer a novelty but a trend

ATD 2015 ORLANDOThe ATD 2015, the world’s largest training and development event, which this year was held in Orlando (Florida) from May 18 to 20, has been a definite participation success. More than 10.000 professionals from around 80 countries attended this year’s fair to share experiences, views and innovative policies for corporate development.

Gamelearn, which was attending the ATD for the fourth consecutive year as the leading exponent of game-based learning, has found during the three-day fair how more and more people responsible for training, companies and professionals are getting interested in gamification. The Gamelearn team has been able to present once again its course-videogames on negotiation (Merchants) and time management (Triskelion) to attendees, to whom it has premiered an advance of the new and highly anticipated game on leadership. Pacific will be ready later this year, when its developers and animators finish the work of months to respond to the demands of many heads of Human Resources, calling for leadership and team management training.

Gamelearn's success in ATD 2015

Visitors could take home shawls made in Spain

This last Tuesday, May 19, the Gamelearn team gave an interesting talk: “Game-based learning. How corporate training is being reinvented”, on the impact of gamification in corporate training. The room was packed and some attendees had to stand to see firsthand how game-based learning can be applied in organizations to train their employees with better results.

Gamelearn, the leading serious-games company, was characterized by its genuine and original way to excite visitors, who could take home fans and shawls made in Spain. In addition, a tablet was raffled, whose winner was Natalie Hirst from Tracker Marine, who will surely enjoy the two full licenses for Triskelion and Merchants included in the prize. Brochures containing information on Gamelearn products didn’t get to the second day, proof that game-based learning was more demanded than ever and the stand of the company one of the most visited.

Indeed, both Gamelearn developers and professionals agree that game-based learning and gamified solutions are no longer a novelty in e-learning, but a trend that no one can resist. Leading these trends is Gamelearn, whose results have been crediting the value of their course-videogames for years, and certifying the consolidation of game-based learning for training and talent development in companies and institutions from all sectors.
